Multiple freeways with the same exit number for the same road within a state

In the "Metro East" section of the St. Louis area (the suburbs on the Illinois side), one of the major north-south roads is IL 111, and it has exits along the main east-west freeways in the region: I-64, I-70, and I-270. I just noticed that along all three freeways, the exit number for the IL 111 exit is the same on each one: namely, Exit 6.

Throughout the country, are there any other examples of that phenomenon, in which a given road - whether it be a state highway, US highway, or even another interstate - has junctions with more than one freeway within a state, and at least two of the freeway exits for that road have the same number? The other one I can think of is IA 141, which connects Exit 127 on I-29, just south of Sioux City, with Exit 127 on I-80 in the west suburbs of Des Moines. Are there any additional examples you can come up with?

Until I-84 is converted to mileage based exits, US 6 is Exit 38 off both CT 8 and I-84 (CT 8's number will remain unchanged).  In both cases, US 6 joins/leaves a concurrency with the corresponding route from/to the west.
Interstates I've clinched: 97, 290 (MA), 291 (CT), 291 (MA), 293, 295 (DE-NJ-PA), 295 (RI-MA), 384, 391, 395 (CT-MA), 395 (MD), 495 (DE), 610 (LA), 684, 691, 695 (MD), 695 (NY), 795 (MD)

Back when MA was sequential, MA 2 was Exit 29 on both I-95 and I-495.
Clinched, plus MA 286

Traveled, plus several state routes

Lowest untraveled: 25 (updated from 14)

New clinches: MA 286
New traveled: MA 14, MA 123

Briargate Parkway is Exit 151 on both I-25 and CO 21 since the latter uses the former's mileage

Until relatively recently, I-76 (the western one) and I-80 had the same exit number for I-76's eastern terminus in Nebraska - exit 102, numbered based on I-80's mileage. It is now exit 3 on I-76, based on I-76's mileage (and it's the only exit I-76 has in Nebraska).

This could be relatively common for interstates with multiple 3dis in a state...

I-81 in Virginia is I-381's Exit 1, I-581's Exit 1, and I-66's Exit 1

IL 3 SB in the Metro East off I-55/64/US 40 is Exit 1
IL 3 at Cairo off I-57 is Exit 1

To IL 3 NB in the Metro East off I-64 is Exit 3
IL 3 off I-270 is Exit 3

IL 3's 70 and 255 exits are a bit further from the MS River, coming in at 2 and 6 respectively

IL 3 basically parallels the river in Southern IL. Much of it is part of the Great River Road

Nebraska also did this for other interstates and some may still exist. I think I-180's north end is still Exit 401 unless they changed that within the last couple years.

Illinois does it at 24's Western/Northern terminus - it should be Exit 0 since it is westpoint as 24 ends at I-57. Instead Exit 44A/B is signed, which is 57's exit#/MM for the I-24 exit

When Georgia had sequential exit numbers, the higher-numbered exit to I-285 from both I-20 & I-85, was exit 35. The lower-numbered exit to I-285 was exit 15, from I-20 E/W and I-85 NB (I-85 SB used a different number).
