Breezewood from CT

Looking to go to Breezewood from central CT sometime late summer.
How should I go as I'm looking for button copy and state-named interstate shields.

Are the button copy signs on I-70 by breezewood getting replaced soon? (Has a contract to replace them already been let?) that's the main reason for my trip

There's an amazing button-copy mileage sign headed east on I-70 (I think?) out of Breezewood... (I'll have to check that.)
