The Coldplay
Higher Power dance video is from Korea and it has a two brief freeway scenes which show two large freeways running parallel to each other in a park-like setting. I looked and looked at aerial views around Seoul but I can't find the location. The skyscrapers in the freeway scene also don't appear to be in a list of Seoul skyscrapers. The scene looks very flat, which should eliminate most of Seoul but I still can't find it.
Where is this freeway scene?

Yes, that's definitely the location. It was filmed from the pedestrian bridge.
