70 & I-40 in Clayton? - New Toll lane coming?

There is a lot of construction in Clayton esp at the 70/40 interchange.

These pics are from May, but I think what I saw today is from this week or so.

2 narrow concrete poles went up on around the area I am linking to and they aren't big enough to support an overpass. I'm thinking Quickpass lane.

Does anyone know if there are plans to make this a toll thing?

Pretty sure that would be construction related to 540.  40, 70, and 540 will all meet at one mess of an interchange.

I-42 will not be tolled.
