Welp, quicker than I thought. Yup, that's the one.

There is only a couple of cities in the US I know that have reversible roads on bridges, and one is Pittsburgh, so it wouldn’t have been hard. There is also one in Cincinnati, And a couple in DC, as one has a temporary setup for construction. And of course there is the bay bridge as well.

Jacksonville has been one of those, but I forget which one was the reversible bridge here.

EDIT: It was the old Acosta Bridge Downtown, but it was replaced in the late-80s/early-90s and does not have one anymore.

The floodlights visible in the picture suggested there was a ballpark right there, so that made it a lot easier to figure out.

The Tobin Bridge looks awfully like that of the Mathews Bridge here. Speaking of which, I need to post some more bridge photos here.

Correct as to both points. It's pretty distinctive regardless of the driving on the left, though. The speed limit signs would have helped clarify it's not in the USA, certainly.
