I didn't, but I had an idea, and I found it in about 2 minutes of looking. If no one gets it by tomorrow, I'll go for it.
I build roads on Minecraft. Like, really good roads.
Interstates traveled:

*/** indicates a terminus/termini being traveled
° Indicates a gap (I.E Breezwood, PA.)

more room plz

Just go for it. One thing I've learned is if you don't come up with the next item up for bid, someone will do it. It's all good. Everyone gets writer's block every now and then.

Since it's been a few days, and since Steve expressed difficulty in finding pictures to enter, I'll post one. I travelled over this bridge in 1981, but I didn't take this picture.

Is it the former Waldo-Hancock Bridge in Maine, since replaced by the Penobscot Narrows Bridge?

dlsterner is correct. The new bridge's tower and cables visible to the right are further confirmation.

And the general emergency repair work to the bridge.

I recall the bridge seeming like it was in relatively decrepit shape even in 1981. My brother, who generally doesn't pay attention to things like roads and bridges (and who was six years old that summer), still remembers what he calls the "Green Bridge in Maine" that seemed like it was going to collapse into the river. That 1981 trip was the only time I've ever been that way–when we passed through Bar Harbor the next summer to get the ferry to Nova Scotia, we went around via Bangor instead. In 1981 we were headed to East Sullivan to visit family friends.

The Trammell bridge over the Apalachicola River, by chance?

jlam, You are correct!

For those who don't know of this bridge, it is part of FL 20 in the Florida panhandle, crossing the Apalachicola River between the towns of Blountstown and Bristol.  It is also the boundary between the Eastern and Central time zones.

The older bridge in the foreground is the original crossing, carrying two lanes (one each way) of FL 20, and was built in 1938.  I drove over this bridge quite a few times in the late 1970's commuting between home and college.

The newer bridge was built in 1998, parallel to the older bridge.   I believe it was at this time that it was named "Trammell".  The newer bridge carries two lanes eastward, the older bridge was restriped for one lane westward.  Presumably it was considered too narrow by modern standards for two lanes.  I haven't been there since before the new bridge was built.
