Cantilever mast arms in Texas and Louisiana

During my travel in Texas, I noticed that their old mast arms look likes the ones in Louisiana.

When did Texas and Louisiana start using them and what manufacturer makes them?

The early versions started popping up in Texas in the mid to late 70s.

When did Texas and Louisiana start using them and what manufacturer makes them?

My guess is LA who does LOTS of design build, had contractors who just used the light assemblies that they were familiar with using in (adjacent) Texas.

These mast arms are everywhere in Louisiana and rarely see them in Texas as their being replaced with new but different mast arms, however I couldn't find the company who makes them. I really like the design of them, especially the transformer!
