I-244 is the official Left Exit Freeway with 23 left exits or entrances in its 15.75 mile length. One of the worst designed freeways in the country.

The Kennedy Expressway in Downtown Chicago, just north of the Jane Byrne Circle Interchange, got rid of its Left Exits there. However, there are still 4 consecutive Left Entrances to the Expressway/Freeway

Looks like it's actually
four consecutive left exits: Exit 5B for US 64/US 412 West, just prior to the ones shown on your photo.
HA! Connecticut is the "Left Exit State" to me. I don't think we have three in a row but there's definitely a lot of them. I think all of CT's expressways were designed by one individual it seems.

From 1951 until 1973, the southbound West Side Elevated Highway (Manhattan, NYC) had five or six consecutive left exits–depending on how you count the final split at Battery Park:

Closest you have is 3 out of 4 on I-84 East in Plainville/New Britain and on I-84 West in East Hartford. Eastbound you have Exits 33 (CT 72 West), Exit 35 (CT 72 East), and Exit 36 (Slater Rd). Westbound you have Exit 57 (Charter Oak Bridge), Exit 55 (CT 2 East) and Exit 54 (Founders Bridge). Each instance falls within a 2 mile stretch.
In Milwaukee County, there is a left exit for I-43/US45 off of I-41 (I-894 bypass), and if you take that left exit to get on to I-43 the first exit for 108th street is also a left exit. I occasionally go this way to get to the VW dealer in Franklin and those consecutive left exits always feel odd to me.

It's only one ramp. But I-35E southbound in St Paul has one left exit that separates into four ramps - to I-94 east, US 52 southbound, Wacouta St, and 10th St East.
SB I-75/375 in Detroit only have 3 at exit 51. Mainline i-75 exits right onto the fisher freeway and in that area there is a left exit for Madison (Via I-375) and for Gratiot Ave (left hand on the ramp from the Chrysler to the Fisher).

And within a few years, I-91 North will have 3 in a row, when Exit 29 gets converted. So 29, 29A, and 32 will all be left exits (Exits 30,31 no longer exist northbound). If you count the split ramps for Exits 32A-B, that makes 4 left exits within 1.5 miles +/-.

If you could find consecutive
right exits in South Africa, the UK, or Australia, then you could use those. It's basically the same concept: inside exits.
DFW Connector has like 7 left exits, in a row, in the DFW terminal aria alone! So... I think I win?
