How about 30 MPH? It looks to be inviting higher speeds but maybe this is one of those Massachusetts or New Jersey situations where it slows down a lot before you even get to the village.

Too easy! But that's OK sometimes to keep the game moving.

30 mph is correct, this is part of an egregiously long 30 mph zone on NY 332 in Canandaigua.

Looks like a 2-lane rural-but-not-really road somewhere in the northeast, like NY or PA. I'm gonna guess 45 mph.
