We had t-shirt and shirts weather here; sunny with a high of 23 C (73F). The rest of the week will be more typical April weather, with highs in the 11-16 C (52 F to 61 F) range.

It's currently 0 C (32 F) and snowing in Saskatoon :pan:. Hopefully the roads will be okay tomorrow, when I drive to Regina. It looks like it will be sunny for Tuesday onward, though still less than 10 C (50 F).

Be glad you're not in Winnipeg where we'll be getting up to 10 cm of snow tomorrow. Hopefully it will be nice by the end of the week and it will melt.

I'm driving to Winnipeg to spend Wednesday visiting the city, so I hope the weather is okay then too :-D

...and I've started wearing shorts and leaving my window open overnight. Continental climates be crazy, man.

Today, the high was 58 degrees.
Tomorrow, the high will be 74 degrees.
On Thursday, the high will be 86 degrees.

Weather is the least coherent concept that I've tried to wrap my head around (and I'm already trying to deduct theories about parallel universes and alien life).

Blytheville should see a high of 77, and a chance of scattered thunderstorms.
I am inactive for a while now my dudes. Good associating with y'all.

Rain right now. Since I don't work this weekend, I was thinking of taking a spur-of-the-moment daytrip to some part of Iowa to take road pictures, but not if it's going to rain all weekend.

TravelingBethelite

It was sunny and up near 80 the past couple of days, but now it's overcast and in the upper 50's.

There's a rainfall warning for Southern Ontario.

QuoteHeavy rain is expected. The ground, already near saturation, has little ability to absorb further rainfall. 40-70 mm of rain expected today through Saturday. Rain will spread into Southwestern Ontario this morning and is forecast to persist into Saturday as the weather system responsible stalls over the region. The rain is expected to taper to showers late Saturday or Saturday night. With the ground already saturated, there is the potential for local flooding. For information concerning flooding please consult your local Conservation Authority or Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry District office. ### Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada. To report severe weather, send an email to ec.cpio-tempetes-ospc-storms.ec@canada.ca or tweet reports using #ONStorm.

The news last night was showing the flooding happening in Quebec, including Montreal and Gatineau. It doesn't sound like the flooding here will be too bad, but then again, they also weren't expecting what they got in Quebec to be as bad as it was, so who knows.

Really warm. It's only in the lower seventies but I'm still going to go out to the garage and dust off the window AC unit. Not to install it–not quite yet, mostly because it'll definitely get cooler again before it becomes perpetually unbearably warm–but to prepare for the annual summer ritual of getting the damn thing in the window.

Yesterday's rainstorm at 4 pm:

Way heavier than what Seattle can expect on most days. Many were caught off-guard after it had been near 80 F a few hours earlier.

There were several flash flood warnings in the arvo Thursday here as well. There was even a Severe Thunderstorm warning. That's very unusual for this part of the country.

Apparently there's a chance of frost in the hills of North Jersey tonight.  Closer to where I live, lows have been around 40 on recent nights...much colder than normal for early May.

There were actually flurries in Norfolk, CT this morning.  Saw a video on the news.  March (even February) in May will continue here for almost another week :banghead:
