"Roads on the Web" vs. "Member Albums?"

Which is the best place to announce Web site updates, especially photos and/or videos? Seems like either would suffice, and I note that some use one board and some use the other.


Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

Roads on the Web is where all site related updates should go.

Member Albums is where you post new photos directly to the site. Roads on the Web is for announcing updates.
