All of the Original Trilogy (and IIRC, a little bit in the Sequels as well): "I've got a bad feeling about this..."
"Now, what if da Bearss were to enter the Indianapolis 5-hunnert?"
"How would they compete?"
"Let's say they rode together in a big buss."
"Is Ditka driving?"
"Of course!"
"Then I like da Bear buss."
"DA BEARSSS BUSSSS"

They were trying to play off "from a certain point of view"  from Return of the Jedi.  It was one of many things that just felt flat and off about the prequel movies.

"You know, you never have a guaranteed spot until you have a spot guaranteed."
—Olaf Kolzig, as quoted in the Washington Times on March 28, 2003,
commenting on the Capitals clinching a playoff spot.

"That sounded stupid, didn't it?"
—Kolzig, to the same reporter a few seconds later.

Christmas Vacation especially:

One that we used to quote all the time at work was the Dark Knight Rises and pretty much every line said by Bane.

My brother & I are of the opinion that Bane is the love child of Darth Vader & Sean Connery.

(Also, can we talk about Bane being prepared for the pandemic long before any of us?)

Forrest Gump seems to come up a lot in my life.
Can't hand someone ice cream or load up on a bus without a reference.

The Ace Ventura movies; particularly the second one.  For a while there, my friends and I would great each other with, "Cadby, from the consulate, right? This is weird!"
Or the way he says "Like a glove" after flipping the Land Rover into a parking space.

(I think it shows I am a 90's kid as I continue.)

Here's one for y'all: Men in Black.  I reference the absolute shit out of this movie.
Obscure parts, too.  Like when the bug alien first has donned his "Edgar" suit and demands sugar water.  The way he says "more" to the farmer's wife as she's adding sugar to the cup is still something I do with certain people.
Maybe even more often referenced by me is the way the bug alien says "Your proposal is acceptable" right before he kills the farmer so he can wear his skin.  And I can't help but reuse Will Smith's affectation when he says, "Oh now dat's buuulllllshit!"

This thread started with a shout out to Lebowski.  No one makes more eminently quotable movies than the Coen brothers.
I have a can coozie that says, "Careful man, there's a beverage here!"
And a bumper sticker that says, "That's just, like, your opinion, man."
"That's just like... your opinion, man."

My childhood best friend and I watched Men in Black so many times that we more or less had it memorized. Nowadays, whenever my wife proposes spending an exorbitant amount of money on something, I'll often respond with "We're not hosting an intergalactic kegger down here."

You know what they call a Quarter Pounder with cheese in France?

A few more came to mind.

Superbad. Pretty much the whole movie.

The 40 Year Old Virgin. See above.

Clerks. A lot of great quotes, especially Randall's take on the contractors hired to work on the Death Star.

Meh. I like NASCAR, but I'm not really that into those movies.

Days of Thunder and Talladega Nights have some pretty quotable lines.  "I piss excellence"  and "hit the pace car!"  are some of my favorites.

Maybe it's more just the meme culture then, which opens a whole can of worms on its own.
