Hi, I was just asking if anyone has a list of the ranks on AARoads. I saw one like a month ago but I forgot where it was. If anyone could send me a link for the ranks, that would be great. Thanks :colorful:
Here you go! https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=12287.0 (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=12287.0)
(The thread is pinned in the Welcome board).
So basically, I am a dirt road right now. When I surpass 25 posts, I will be a frontage road? It seems a little confusing.
Just to summarize...
0-2 posts - Parking Lot
3-24 posts - Dirt Road
25-49 posts - Frontage Road
50-99 posts - Arterial
100-249 posts - County Road
250-499 posts - State Route
500- 999 posts - US Highway
1000-1499 posts - Expressway
1500-2999 posts - Turnpike
3000-4999 posts - Freeway
5000-9999 posts - Interstate
10000+ posts - Likes the forum way way too much
Thanks!
Don't spam the forum to increase your rank.

When did I say I was spamming?
"Thanks," "me too," etc. without including anything of substance is considered spam/filler on any forum. Your thanks is implied when you politely ask a question.

That's not what was being referred to. You must have missed him creating 10 identical new threads on the same subject.

I wouldn't consider thanking someone to be spam? Me too isn't necessary, but giving thanks if someone answers your question is fine but not necessary.
The list is so old that at the time the rank with 10,000 posts was meant as a joke. I.e. noone was anywhere close to that except Jake, who eventually left.

You didn't say you were, but posting the same thread in every board is spamming.

Now we have many people over 10,000 and someone is even over 20,000.

We need a new 20,000 post rank. Maybe just, "Forum Addict"? :-D

Sadly, something like this would take a lot of effort to do, as we'd have to make tons of post groups when these would split the current ones we have.
Some other ranking that ought be in there somewhere:
- Flat
- Not Flat
- Beaver Nuggets
- Akkyhaul

I don't know if the number of posts that would be required to truly the capture the wisdom of WalletHub would be achievable in a normal human lifespan.

Eh. If someone continued at tolbs17's not unusual pace of 87 posts per day, that would get them nearly 3 million posts in 90 years. Do you need more than that?

Go above 32767, and you'll go negative. (Note: this isn't true in reality, so don't try it)

You hit "reply" but the mods remove your post before you even start typing. AKA shadowbanning.

I would love to see the PHP instruction that allows the interpreter to break causality.
