User webny99 lives extremely close to you; in fact, he lives in the same county. Also, of the several DOT employees on this forum, at least two are from New York.

Another long-time Rochesterian here! I don't live there currently, but I consider it my hometown. And Webster was something of a rival for us in my high school days. :-)
