I have some photos of some signs that have changed over time.

Here is one in Jasper County, SC in 2009 on NB I-95 at Exit 18.

Too bad you don't have any images of when the former rest areas south of Exit 18 were opened for all vehicles.

It turns out these signs aren't the same; the fading on the shields on this BGS for I-95 for I-595 is probably less than 10 years old:
