Over 415 miles.
Starting in La Crescent MN at I-90 & US 14/61...
US 14 EAST/61 SOUTH
MN 16 WEST to Hokah
MN 44 SOUTHWEST to Prosper
US 52 NORTHWEST to Inver Grove Hts
MN 55 NORTHWEST to Minneapolis
MN 62 WEST to US 212
US 212 WEST to Montevideo
US 59 NORTH
MN 7 EAST to a roundabout with Victoria Dr in Minnetrista.
If you continued without the roundabout,
MN 7 to MN 100 & 7 before ending at Excelsior Blvd & 31st St in Minneapolis for another 20 miles.

The bolded technically involve deviating from the main alignment.
TheHighwayman, How so?
If you are on 55 heading northwest into Minneapolis, 55 is the one that exits off. The mainline becomes 62. And when 62 and 35 are together, 62 stays straight while 35 is the one that curves off. And when it meets US 212, the movement is a straight movement again. 62 exits itself.

Looks to me like, if anything, MN-62 is the straight movement, not US-212.

It does not look that way on Google maps.

Looking at it from a bird's view, the road is naturally curving southwest.

Also, the GSV is from the collector lanes.

When US 52 splits from TH 55 in IGH, 52 is the default movement and 55 exits to the left to curve off. I'm not dismissing it, but mentally I don't see it all being one road like you do.

Bluff City, TN to Crossnore, NC:

Unnumbered road > US 19E > US 321/SR 67/US 19E > US 19E > NC 194. 54 minutes, 43.5 miles

Deep Gap, NC to North Wilkesboro, NC via West Jefferson, NC:

This one might be cheating a little bit since it uses the right arm of a wye, so you're not turning onto the road so much as merging onto it, but nonetheless:

US 221/421 JCT > NC 16 > NC 88 > NC 18 > NC 268/NC 18 > NC 268/NC 18/BUS 421 > Unnumbered road. 1 hour 10 minutes, 53.5 miles

Rock Hill, SC to Shelby, NC:

This example only works one-way due to a straight-on slip lane.

Unnumbered road > SC 161 > SC 161/274 > SC 161 > SC 5 BUS > SC 5 > SC 198 > NC 198 > NC 180 > NC 180/226 > NC 180. 1 hour 20 minutes, 55.3 miles

Sumter, SC to Newberry, SC via Heath Springs, SC

I am choosing not to treat Main Street and Spring Street in Heath Springs as a turn because US 521 has priority through it. Think of it like a sharp curve in the road instead.

Washington Street > US 76 BUS > US 521/US 76 BUS > US 521 > US 601/US 521 > US 521 BUS > US 521 > SC 9 > SC 9 BUS >  W End St > SC 72 > SC 215/SC 72 > SC 72 > US 178/SC 72 > US 178 > SC 121 > College St. 3 hours 4 minutes, 143 miles.

If I were to include rightward slip lanes (I won't because that's pushing it too much), this would nearly reach Georgia. You probably could've found a ton more of these kinds of routes in South Carolina before they started the process of getting rid of their directional intersections. You can kind of cheat with these a little since they have more than one valid thru option and no dominant path that is straight through.

Going the opposite direction, you would have to cut the route short when US 521 meets US 76 BUS, the left is a little too sharp and US 76 is clearly the dominant road at the intersection, even if by a little.

Honorable mention:

Virginia Beach, VA to Davis, NC:

This one is clearly in violation of the "no turns" rule due to the ever so slight left at Whalebone Junction. If the intersection was more directional or the connector to NC 12 met at a sharper angle, I probably could've been able to pass it off, but I think it's too remarkable of an (almost) example not to post. I believe reworking part of Whalebone Junction was floated somewhere within NCDOT at some point. If it ever were redone, perhaps this route could fully count at some point in the future. The ramp from I-264 to I-464 is pushing it a little bit, but it's a straighter ramp (and is actually straighter than continuing on I-264) so I think it's fine on that part.

Going the other way, it is almost within the rules, but the left turn out of the ferry terminal in Hatteras screws the whole thing up way more than the left turn on US 158 does.  I am not counting Pilottown Circle in Ocracoke as a turn, nor the Ocracoke North Terminal, since the intended direction of thru traffic onto the ferry is around the loops, and the traffic situation is variable.

22nd Street > I-264 > I-464 > SR 168 > NC 168 > US 158 > NC 12 > US 70 > Community Road. 7 hours 33 minutes, 226 miles

If you were to continue straight through Whalebone Junction, you could make it to I-440, and in another scenario, if NCDOT gave priority to US 70 through those tiny unincorporated towns approaching NC 12 (I have no idea why they decided to give priority to tiny side roads instead), you could reach I-40. Of course, by that point, you still aren't within the rules because you're spending a lot of time and distance on freeways, but still impressive routes nonetheless.

Can you go from the George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee to the end of the Richmond Parkway ( Korean War Vets Pky.) on Staten Island via Route 4 WB, Route 208 NB, I-287 SB, Route 440 NB, and finally Korean War Vets Parkway?

The transition from 208 to 287 is straight, but involves a merge.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

Takes over an hour and is around 55-60 miles. Not that impressive but its what is near me.

In my opinion, if there is a traffic circle the challenge ends there as you have to turn to continue.

So a roundabout is basically a group of glorified T-intersections?  Yeah, I can get behind that.  Because that's basically what they are.
They are. But keep the agent anal toe thing in the Alanland thread.

I just returned from a driving vacation in UK -- specifically Wales, and southern England between London and Wales (yes, left side driving) and there are many roundabouts there. A lot of them also do not have a "straight through" component (meaning exit is 180 degrees off from entrance). So I'd be hard pressed to come up with any examples.

I was just happy that the navigation device told me which roundabout exits to take, that is a necessity there if you don't know the roads well enough beforehand. It was an absolute necessity for us as we drove 800 miles in 10 days, much of it on back roads. Left side driving not being internalized for an American like myself made sign-only navigation nearly impossible, especially when you are ahead of the local drivers, some of whom get impatient with you.

One that I really like is Anchorage to Glenallen. No turns as you are on AK-1 for nearly the entire thing, including a short freeway alignment through and north of Anchorage. Starts off south-north then turns west-east. You transition from city to mountains to glaciers to the highly dramatic Mt. Drum that overlooks Glenallen and is near Wrangell-St. Elias National Park.

Another variant is Anchorage to Fairbanks. Also requires no turns because you transition onto AK-3 via freeway junction. Trades glaciers for the Alaska Range and Denali. You also see the biome change from temperate rainforest to subarctic. Anywhere north of Denali becomes a great viewing spot for the Northern Lights.
