So I'm doing a little bit of digging into Argentinian roads for a work project. Thanks to Wikimedia Commons, it wasn't too hard to find the Manual de Señalamiento Vertical. And check out what I found.

Argentina didn't specify the FHWA font set as the official signage typeface. They specify the Roadgeek 2000 font set. And they even duly credit Michael Adams right in the standard document.

This is the first time anyone on the forum has made it into a country's national standards document, right? Congrats, Mike, I think this makes you some kind of rock star or something.  :sombrero:

I find it hard to believe that there's no E(m) or F listed, but my guess is that neither variant is needed thanks to the motorways not being nearly as wide as the freeways that North Americans boast. Still, I think it's cool that they gave a shoutout to Mike Adams in their version of the MUTCD!

It has lowercase letters, too, right? This isn't one of those fonts where it gives you block letters regardless of caps-lock, is it?

Also, now the word "roadgeek" is on an official government document.

Congratulations, Michael!
