Cutouts in Norton, VA for VA 74 and "OLD US 58 ALT" - VA 74 was the original routing of US 58 ALT through the city before it was moved to a freeway bypass south of downtown.

It's an ODOT miracle! Earlier this year, this travesty on US 64 in Tulsa was replaced with one of the best-looking signs I've seen out of Oklahoma.

Really glad to see this get replaced, only thing is I was lowkey kinda hoping I'd be able to get a picture of it before it got replaced, oh well.
I take pictures of road signs, that's about it.

General rule of thumb: Just stay in the "Traffic Control" section of the forum and you'll be fine.

It's all fun & games until someone summons Cthulhu and brings about the end of the world.

I also collect traffic lights, road signs, fans, and railroad crossing equipment.

I suspect the replacement was done at OTA's direction, who has no interest in the ODOT signs on either side.
