I spotted this link about an outer loop proposal for New Braunfels located between San Antonio and Austin along I-35 http://www.nbolstudy.com

I would really appreciate this. Going through New Braunfels via TX-46 on my way to Canyon Lake is a bare. Especially in the I-35 area.
