I'm not sure if this has already been mentioned, but Route 1 in Philadelphia is labeled with two street names.

For example, Route 1 is listed as Roosevelt Blvd and Lincoln Hwy in Philadelphia, when it should only say Roosevelt Blvd.  Lincoln Hwy is the Bucks County portion of Route 1 up to Business Route 1.  The "Lincoln Highway" name continues on Business Route 1.

Roadsguy

Proof of Google being crazy: they use the most loosely-defined "technical" name for things in addition to the posted name (The general US 1 corridor from US 30 to New York is part of Lincoln Highway.), but demote freeways left and right when a caveman could tell they're wrong. :pan:

A random kentucky state route? The error isn't obvious to me.
Wait, it's all Ohio? Always has been.

Keep right except to pass.  Yes.  You.
Visit scenic Orleans County, NY!
Male pronouns, please.

Princeton Avenue in Trenton, NJ is listed also as Lincoln Highway.  That may be the old US 1 through town that was the original Lincoln Highway, but its not is officially designated name now.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

Is it not a US 1602 to you? I didn't know there was even a 402.

Well now most of I-74 is multiplexed with I-465 on Google Maps, except for a few sections in NC.

All I saw when I clicked the link was a marker for one result of searching "KY 1123, KY".

Yeah, good point, I forgot. Shame on me.

It's just the beginning of a "new" US 2 spur route extending from Ashland, WI to Ashland, KY.  The "new" route would be extended east via new terrain to an interchange with I-64 west of Morehead, KY (built like the AA Highway).  It would be co-signed with I-64 to exit 185 where the "new" route would head into Ashland along current KY 180 and US 60.  US 60 would be co-signed on I-64 from exit 181 to exit 191 where it would head north on US 23 to its current point east to Huntington, WV.  This "routing" would take many years to accomplish, but this "new" US highway has to start somewhere. ;-) :D

Besides, since there is only a US 202 and US 302, why not have a US 1602--it would be rather unique.

If someone cares to "expound" on this in fictional highways...

Since when did I-465 multiplex with I-74... in Iowa? http://goo.gl/maps/55fEk

Not only that, the city of Bettendorf has disappeared from the map.

Meh. Bettendorf isn't all that important anyway.

I-465 seems to have also met up with Interstates 73 and 74 in North Carolina.

Hmm, here's a new one for me: http://goo.gl/maps/fhuYu

Heh. I was just through there earlier this month.

Here's another one from Kentucky I found:

http://goo.gl/maps/Uil4u

KY 67 appears on the four-digit route that is the old routing of US 23.

Very easy to spot the mistake

what, no I-465 in North Carolina?  it's along every other segment of I-74 now - except for the ring road around Indianapolis, where it is correct.

The I-70 thing is still there, all over US-70.

Say hi to I-11. Another future has gone wrong :banghead:

South Carolina. Somehow S-14-* became I-14.

Oops... I was following I-95 up to see where the 3dis were, and I never noticed the SC border. :pan:

Hey, maybe Google wants AZ and NV to make an I-11.  :P  Google has jumped the gun on some, including I-305 in Sacramento.  (I think they removed that.)

At least I-11 is in serious talks.
Take the road less traveled.
