Has anyone else used the Restreet app (https://app.restreet.com/) to design their own road layouts?  I just stumbled upon this the other day and spent some time creating some of my own designs.  Here's one I did of a boulevard using the standard road width for Salt Lake City (132 ft.)

I'd like to see some of your own designs.  It's fairly easy to use, however, it does require you to sign up with a Twitter account.  There's also an option to share your designs through the site or email.  Although it's mainly designed for surface street layouts, I was able to make some highway layouts by changing the lane and median widths:

I'm not sure where this belongs, but not on this part of the forum.

I wasn't sure where to post this. Mods are free to move this topic to the appropriate board.

Depends on how one sells/defines it.  Letting people know the app exists and posting examples of existing streets or how the concept has been used in actual planning efforts (especially in cities, but I've even noted its use with a few state DOTs) falls very much under this part of the forum.  Where I agree with you is where users would post their own fantasy renditions.

As for that app, it's the mobile app version of Streetmix, which has existed for several years.  I've used the website many times.
