It is striped for two lanes but there is enough room for three.

Looking at the plans (pages 38-40) show it initially being striped for 4 lanes with a very wide inner shoulder, much like the AR 161 overpass just east of North Little Rock. https://www.google.com/maps/@34.7786678,-92.2031409,421m/data=!3m1!1e3
Good on AHTD for forward thinking by making it a bridge wide enough for 6 lanes (which is desperately needed BTW).
