This is at the junction of Md. 384 (Colesville Road), Md. 390 (16th Street), North Portal Drive, N.W. (D.C. maintenance), 16th Street, N.W. (D.C. maintenance) and Eastern Avenue, N.W. (D.C. maintenance).  It is not a roundabout.
