Mason City, IA is listed at 1,129 feet above sea level. It probably shouldn't be a surprise because Pilot Knob, about 20 miles away, is the third highest point in Iowa.

About 1600 feet, but when I return to Watauga County this year I will be at about 3550. The highest I have lived was ~4,100 in Summer 2021.
I love my 2010 Ford Explorer.

About 5,600 ft.

whatismyelevation.com actually says 5,663 ft. A little higher than I thought.

Surface level of Lake Monona is 845 ft (plus or minus two feet, depending on time of year and precipitation, usually).  I'm probably 3 above that.

About 585 feet above sea level. About 8 feet higher than the elevation of both Lake Huron and Lake Michigan.
I'm surprised that, 4 miles north of Detroit, I'm about 80 feet higher than you.

In the mid 600's. And given how flat this area is, it doesn't change too much.

:) Needs more... :sombrero: Not quite... :bigass: Perfect.

Just under 6500' ASL.  The natural rim of Lake Tahoe is 6223'.  Unfortunately I don't have any view due to surrounding buildings and trees, but there are people within a couple hundred yards with fantastic lake and mountain views (they had to pay for that when they bought their properties though; a view was way out of my price range).

You might be the "highest" member of the forum. Unless anyone lives higher than that.

The land my building sits on is about 860' above sea level.  My condo is on the 12th floor, so that's another 100+ feet.

Pretty sure I’m in the ballpark of 50 to 100 feet depending on what part of my town you’re in. I don’t know the exact number.

Edit: it’s 75 feet.

Back home in Houston, I live only 30 feet above sea level. But at college in Tulsa, I live at around 700 ft (plus about 20-30 ft since I live on the third floor).

I used to be able to put my iPhone on the floor of my living room, and say "Siri, how high am I?"  The answer would be just a number, between 285 and 310 feet (I think the correct answer is 294). After awhile, the answer would be "it appears your elevation is"  some number of feet. Now, the reply is "I" m not sure I understand."

GPS is much less accurate at vertical measurements than horizontal.

CNGL-Leudimin

My elevation is "unfortunately" in meters :sombrero:. I live about 460 m above sea level. That would make it about 1500'.

I also find the cutoffs weird due to the usage of different units:
- below 30 meters
- 30-76
- 76-152
- 152-229
- 229-305
- 305-762
- 762-1524
- 1524-3048
- over 3048

I guess I'm the lowest so far - I'm at 20 feet above sea level.
