Personally, my backlog is fully depleted, so not much happening until whenever my next road trip is. I'm two posts away from having another contribution, but the few numbers I have at this point are about 100 or so apart.

I'm a read-only participant (not having a stock of photos to submit), but I would also add that my interest in the thread has gone down now that we're in a range of numbers where many are absent altogether, and where the majority of submitted photos seem to be very far out of sequence. While I get that the sequence itself isn't the intent of the challenge, it provided the structure that made it interesting to follow for me. And since the intent is to showcase the photo collections of other members, and submissions from those members has dropped way off, perhaps it's time for a new structure?

I haven't messed with this thread in ages...  But it was bound to dry up at some point.  My interest completely stopped once we got to about 800 (as high as Midwestern state highway numbers tend to go, thanks to Ohio).

I check periodically to see if I have anything to contribute, but those opportunities are getting more and more rare.  Maybe accelerate to do 10 or 20 or more numbers per day and once we get much higher there won't be a whole lot for anyone to play.

The thread had a good run.

I also think it's time to pack this one in; a lack of variety and input isn't helping much. I have a bunch of Texas FM/RM routes, some Kentucky highways, a few Virginia secondaries, and some scattered county routes left to play. I challenged myself to hit up the first 1000 numbers; although I think Jim deserves credit for the idea, and Paul/jbnv for starting the threads up. I accomplished that back in 2017, and there's a lot of gaps to fill in once I'm past 2000 or so; there's some ranges after that where I have nothing for 30-50 numbers.

If anyone's interested, here's my albums for Numbers 1-1000, Numbers 1001-2000, and Numbers 2001 and up.

It's not my thread, but I'd like to see it stay open for anyone to either start over with their own count, and to pick it up where we left off at any time. Or to just keep marching it on...
