Description: KY 1130 barely has reason to exist. It's a narrow old road that has been largely superseded by KY 1039. The two highways parallel each other, at times just a matter of several dozen feet apart. It goes through no towns. It does connect KY 1039 and KY 35, but so do Interstate 71 and US 42. Here we are on NB KY 1039 looking at an entrance to the Kentucky Speedway. There is also a trailblazer to KY 1130, which is just a few car lengths from, and parallel to, KY 1039.
