I don't remember exactly where I saw it today. (And I'm not going to Google Street View my entire route to find it.) Probably in Ohio.
There was a no U-turn sign. The black U-turn symbol was gone - just a faint outline of where it had been. So from a distance all you could see was a nice bright red circle-and-slash "No".
Speaking of no: whatever black legend was on this sign (probably a truck) is gone:

Yikes, if you check what's there now, those are some ugly repairs. Check out the US shields as well. Black borders a la New Jersey, and a stretched 3DUS shield.
Last I knew, the infamous peeling button-copy 12th Street sign in DC was still there (https://maps.app.goo.gl/187TVow7WGJB84wa6?g_st=ic). I haven't been on that road in several months, so I don't know for certain if that sign is still there, but hopefully I can find out tonight en route to the hockey game. Depends on the traffic which way we go when we reach DC.
That sign is sort of a classic, but it's also kind of crazy that it hasn't been replaced as part of DC's widespread sign replacement projects over the past few years.
Edited to add: Too much traffic. Went a different way.
Edited again: It's still there. Traffic leaving the city was slow because hockey and soccer both ended at the same time, so I could take a second to look over in that direction and the missing green on that sign stood out in the dark.

I noticed that right away after they were installed, of course. However, unlike the forum tincture nazis, I'm on the fence about NJ-style outline squares on guide signs. It doesn't bother me too much.

The right hand sign has seen better days. The U.S. shield is essentially gone. Surprised the "12" still stands. The round corners of the border are missing, and the Business I-90 shield is pretty decayed. Lot of sun faded patina on that ole boy.
