Cities/towns in New England that have street blades on their mast arms

When I lived in New England from 07-08, I noticed that a lot of the traffic lights down here were either were wire-mounted traffic lights or mast arms with no street blades attached to it (the street blade are often found on the corner of a traffic light intersection).

Due to my curiosity, I uncovered that some cities and towns install mast arm traffic lights with street blades attached. I'm going to list it by state, so here we go.

Connecticut
