Besides I-94 and I-40 in national parks, which both have 75 mph speed limits. What is the highest speed limit on a two lane road in a park?

Presumably you would want the highest limit on a road maintained by the NPS.  I know US 33 through Shenandoah NP retains its 55 mph limit (though hard to actually go that fast).

The answer might be Natchez Trace Pkwy with a speed limit of 50?

Spot checking roads in Death Valley NP showed 45 mph.

It doesn't have to be managed by the  NPS, but that's a bonus. I found 65 mph in Death Valley on google street view.

Pretty sure it's 60 MPH on CA 190 in Death Valley National Park which I believe is the fastest two-lane.

US 89

US 191 dips into the northwestern corner of Yellowstone National Park, where its otherwise-65 mph speed limit drops to 55.

I-64 technically enters the New River Gorge National River, and the speed limit is 70 there (trucks 45), adding to the list of interstates.

KS 177 (Flint Hills National Scenic Byway) in the Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve is signed at 60 MPH.

It's still owned and managed by the National Park Service

Perhaps the Parks Highway (AK 3, secret I-A4) where it passes through a tiny corner of Denali National Park? I'll be darned if I can find a speed limit sign on Streetview.

deathtopumpkins

SD 44 is 65 through Badlands NP. There are no signs within park boundaries, but it's posted 65 on either side.

CA 190 is posted 65 in the Panamint Valley portion of Death Valley NP: https://goo.gl/maps/ZgVU48aL89EbrYgHA

In my own defense I was going by memory on that one, there is indeed a 65 MPH zone in Panamint Valley.  I think that I ever took a picture once of the sign.

The federal (NPS) part of the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (unsigned MD-295) between MD-450 (Bladensburg) and MD-175 (Odenton) is  55 MPH - that's more than 15 miles of four-lane divided parkway.

In Acadia nearby, part of ME 3 is 50 in the park and I don't think any other road in the park hits that, though I might be wrong.

I see in the 2021 Rand McNally that Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore has now been promoted to full National Park, so there is a section of US 12 to consider.

Guys...The Ohio Turnpike barrels right through Cuyahoga Valley National Park, with a speed limit of 70.  But now that you mention I-40 through Petrified Forest NP, yeah, that's gotta be it.

What about I-90 through Badlands and I-94 through Theodore Roosevelt?  I've been to both and I can't recall what the speed limit was on either.

US 6 has a section of 50mph near its end in Provincetown, MA.  The last few miles of it are under NPS jurisdiction.
