Are they both 55mph? The first picture looks like a dumb northeast "urban" freeway, while the second looks like a NY parkway.

Mhmmm, should be 45 mph (the image at the overpass is the deadly Southern State Parkway on Long Island, NY between Exits 17 and 18, my surroundings as a child) and 65 mph (the other image is US 3 in Billerica, MA, my surroundings as an adult) but maybe I'm the odd one out
