I did last month. We did I-19, I-110, I-105,I-710 and technically completed clinching I-10 all in about 7 hours.

I might have a better example that isn't coming to mind, but my first time driving through Louisiana, I clinched I-110, I-310, I-510, I-610, and I-910 in less than three hours for sure, probably closer to two

I think someone could do 8 of NY's 9 x90's (not I-390), I-481, and I-787, in 6 or 7 hours.  Tack on a couple more hours to get I-291 and I-391 in Springfield.  Make a day of it and get the Worcester routes too.

You might want to take a look at CO165. An extension just got added to TravelMapping, east from I-25 to Abbey Road, if you haven't gotten that segment already. Unless you're happy with being 99.99934% complete in Colorado, you might want to pay a visit to Colorado City.

Since the completion of the Rockingham Bypass, I am missing that part of I-73. I drove past there literally days before the opening was finally announced.  Time for a road trip for 5 miles of Interstate!
