I feel that there should be a rule to confirm exactly which interstate you are guessing (I.E. I-76 West or I-87 South.)

The current rules actually state that you don't have to specify. I'm fine either way; obviously I wouldn't have gotten this one if I had to specify, but it kind of makes it more fun too. If only one of the I-76's had been guessed, it could have gone on for a very long time before someone thought to guess the other one.
