I like the 3 flyover ramps but they are more expensive that's for sure.
As is often the case, the intermediate cost case (concept 2) is the most likely. For concept 3 the question is, do we really need a high-speed connection from WB 440 to EB 40? Someone can look uo traffic counts, but this seems debatable.
If there's an interchange at Jones Franklin Rd, then no. My guess for concept 3 is to remove that sharp ramp. What I don't like about concept 3 is that the flyovers are sharper compared to the other concepts. And concept 1 just looks dangerous to me, because everyone hates merging to the left of the highway.

Some also suggested that it should be a double crossover merging interchange.
