Definitely have to say UT 95 for numbered roads, and Badwater Rd in Death Valley for unnumbered. Went more than 50 miles without seeing another car!

KY 839 in southern Kentucky. Saw one horse and buggy and maybe five cars.

For freeways, US-31 north of Muskegon, especially at night. There have been times I've seen less than 10 cars between Montague and Ludington

Interstate: I-91 between St Johnsbury and the Canadian border.
US Route: Probably US 4 somewhere between Rutland, VT and Plymouth, NH
State Route: CT/RI 14 between CT 203 and I-295 in RI.
Autoroute: A-55 between Sherbrooke and Drummondville.
Interstates I've clinched: 97, 290 (MA), 291 (CT), 291 (MA), 293, 295 (DE-NJ-PA), 295 (RI-MA), 384, 391, 395 (CT-MA), 395 (MD), 495 (DE), 610 (LA), 684, 691, 695 (MD), 695 (NY), 795 (MD)

Interstate: I-40 west of Flagstaff, Arizona
US route: US 183 just south of Lampasas, Texas
State route: Indiana State Road 58 between Owensburg and Springville.  In California, I remember not seeing much oncoming traffic on Route 25 and on Route 229, and very little on Route 108 west of Sonora Junction.  Route 158 around June Lake was also surprisingly deserted.

TX 54 from I-10 to US 62/180.  Both times on it saw about half a dozen cars in an hour.

Liberty County CR-12 in Florida, it's a somewhat secret fast bypass for part of SR-65 going to Eastpoint/St. George Island. It's 21 miles from Bristol to 65 and several times I haven't encountered a single car going that route beyond the town, even during spring break in the day. I also haven't encountered cars on SR-65 late at night all the way from Hosford to US-98, about 55 miles. Both routes don't have cell service either going through Tate's Hell State Forrest.

I haven't been on too many deserted roads, but LA 10 crossing the Mississippi north of Baton Rouge is pretty abandoned feeling. Not sure why DOTD spent the money on that bridge.
Expanding on my previous answer, here's my answers using jayhawkco's format:

Interstate: Interstate 55 in northern Mississippi
US Route: US-70 in eastern Arkansas
State Route: LA 10
FM/Secondary State Route: FM-360 in southeast Texas
County Route: CR 101 in Colorado County, TX
Unnumbered road: Pony Trail in Bar X Ranch, TX

It's been a long time since I drove this one, so perhaps my comment is no longer the case, but I-15 between roughly Rexburg, ID and Butte, MT (over Monida Pass) was very quiet and was about as quiet as any interstate I've driven on.  That includes some mentioned here, such as I-70 through the San Rafael Swell and I-91 north of St. Johnsbury.  Many of our long distance interstates run through desolate areas, but still have a lot of through traffic (especially semis). Didn't see much of that on this part of I-15, though I'll admit it's been ages since I've been there and things change.

Still pretty quiet.  Highest AADT on that stretch is 4,267 near Dillon.

Saddle Road in Hawaii

I was surprised to find Saddle Road relatively busy when I stayed on the Big Island back in 2016.  Especially on days when Hilo was having its Farmer's Market.  We did come back across to Waikoloa Village late one night after the windward clouds settled in.  It was quiet then.

Just looking at the map.  HDOT was constructing the eastern extension of Saddle Road to connect to H-2000 (Puainako Street) in Hilo.  However, Apple Maps is showing H-200 still routed over Kaumana Drive, with a zig-zag back to the New Saddle Road on the old section of Puainako Street.  The old section of H-200 before relocation is still shown as Saddle Road through Kaumana Homesteads.

I'd hold their beers if they had lower AADT than CO101.  :colorful:  I've clinched both of those (and every other CO highway east of I-25).  Not nearly as lonely as 101.

i defer to your research on the numbers... i've also never been on co-101, so.. you're probably right. i just remember briggsdale being basically a gas station and a cow, and i think new raymer might have two or 3 cows, and a random guy in a pickup.

That's about right.  I got gas at that gas station in Briggsdale and I think while I was filling up, maybe 10-12 cars drove by.  There is a decent amount of truck traffic on that route as it is the quickest way from Fort Collins to I-80 going east (via I-76).

As a literal answer, there are a few FM roads in west Texas 40 or 45 miles long I've driven without seeing another vehicle the whole time.  One of those roads is now quite busy because of oil and gas development.

As a philosophical answer, I'd say probably I-635 in Dallas.  No place is as lonely as where you're surrounded by people and have connections with none of them.
I'd like to buy a vowel, Alex.  What is E?
