I have to open the image directly above in a new tab to see it; in this case, it takes me directly to Flickr.

Ketchup99: when you share from Flickr, you have to click the share button in the bottom right (the arrow), and then choose the BBCode option. Just copy-paste the code into the text box on your post.

I wouldn't have guessed it until your hint. I've never seen such a low limit! Unless it was in a parking lot. And I ignore those .

Did you miss his previous post? He's never seen a limit as low as 10, so I think it's safe to say it's not 5 mph!
