This is in the US, but you may have to think outside the box a little bit on this one. (It is divisible by 5, though.)
55 MPH?

Where is this?

McClain County, Oklahoma.

Well, with 60-75 having all been guessed and it having been more than 24 hours since my last guess, I'll try again: 55 mph?

(The dashed lines in the lane that's ending look exactly like PA's, so with the OP being from PA, my thought is that it could be one of their "urban area" 55 mph zones near Erie or elsewhere.)

Does anyone else have trouble loading image links that don't end with a file type?

I have to open the image directly above in a new tab to see it; in this case, it takes me directly to Flickr.

Ketchup99: when you share from Flickr, you have to click the share button in the bottom right (the arrow), and then choose the BBCode option. Just copy-paste the code into the text box on your post.

Example:

Yep! Stayed close to home, US-322 outside of State College, an "urban area." You're up next.

Interesting thought, but no, there is a posted limit.

Yep, it does. I would have said so if it didn't.

10?

That is correct! It's actually an unnamed cut-through road, so my black out is covering up an "X", not a street name.

Barely got this in! Alley here in Tacoma. Photo was taken for the view hence the odd framing:

I wouldn't have guessed it until your hint. I've never seen such a low limit! Unless it was in a parking lot. And I ignore those :-D.

Did you miss his previous post? He's never seen a limit as low as 10, so I think it's safe to say it's not 5 mph!  :-D
