There are some pretty impressive clinches in here. I have a few interstates under my belt, but US routes seem to be much more difficult. The only one I can think of completely is a rather short US 641. Going by state, I can add the following off the top of my head.

US 41 - IN, KY, TN, GA (Bucket list Copper Harbor to Miami in one trip)
US 41A - KY, TN
US 40- IN, IL
US 51 - IL, KY, TN
US 31 - IN, KY (31E and 31W), TN
US 31A - TN
US 60 - KY, IL, MO
US 62 - KY, IL, MO, AR
US 50 - IN, IL
US 52 - IN
US 24 - IN
US 231 - KY, TN
US 431 - KY
US 72 - AL, TN
US 67 - AR
US 68 - KY
US 64 - TN
US 30 - IN
US 25 - KY
US 23 - KY
US 42 - KY
US 150 - IN
US 27 - IN, KY

Decommissioned
US 460 - IN, IL
US 66 - MO, TX, NM

Indiana I have US-12 clinched but not US-20.
Illinois I have US-12 clinched.
I actually have US-12 clinched between Detroit and Elkhorn, Wisconsin.

As of today, I can add US 522 to my list.

My latest list (what I can remember by retracing maps) is below; there is likely more, but there are more dust bunnies on the brain than I care to admit to :D .  I had a list before but the file got away from me so here's another.  For somebody that always has car issues or has trouble keeping a car for very long, I've sure been on a few roads.....

The only one I've clinched fully is US-223. I have clinched Michigan's sections of US-10 (including the Badger) and US-31 as well as Indiana's super short section of US-131.
