Tulsa - US 169 northbound to Interstate 244 Westbound ramp replacement.

I guess this is something I missed when it was announced, but I drive this stretch enough to know that it's been this way (functionally obsolete) now for 20 years.  Constant pothole repairs on this flyover, I can remember back in 1993 driving this in the winter and getting stuck because of ice.  I drove by it yesterday (underneath on 244 eastbound actually) and looks like new piers are going up for the ramp.  This is good news, that ramp was like driving in a mine field before.
