Looks like this is a new sign put up sometime in the past 6 months. The old one was Series D, with "KSU Campus" greenout over the original "Southern Poly". This new sign helpfully indicates which KSU campus it leads to, but still maintains the old 120 Loop route number. This became regular 120 several years ago, which they got right on the sign upstream (photo from 6/4/16):

New Brunswick 121 in Sussex. August 8, 2014.
