Should we take old numbers out of play?

No, let all numbers stay in play forever.

Your pic is eastbound. Mine is westbound. Technically, there should be a "TO" above Texas 73 and Texas 124 on my picture, because you have to go south to the 73/124 expressway to actually get onto 73 or 124. (Map)
