Kernals12:
Lots of people say they like cold winters. But if we analyze things closely we see that the consensus among humans is that cold is bad, and even among plants and animals there is that same consensus.
When we ignore someone, we are "giving them the cold shoulder"
When two countries have poor relations, we describe those relations as "frosty"
When we say someone has a "cold personality" or is "cold hearted", we don't mean it positively
House Stark urged vigilance among its members by saying "Winter is coming"
This is not a coincidence, people have shown a clear preference for warm weather in surveys and in their migration patterns.
And plants and animals agree. In winter, not summer, trees shed their leaves and animals hibernate or migrate south. The Amazon Rainforest is teeming with biodiversity while Siberia is a barren wasteland.

I-19
I-19 in Arizona should be replaced as a State Route, and I-19 should be rebuilt as a trans-american highway, going from Ocean City to Portland
Details
I-19 will start on it's eastern terminus in US-50, right before the Drawbridge, moving into southern Delaware, and merging with US-50 and US-301 until Annapolis where it will go northwest into Harrisburg, continuing to Erie to then go along to Columbus, then towards Indiana and Illinois, and would stay west for it's route, ending at the ocean in Portland.
I-22
I-22 should be expanded east to Jacksonville, and northwest to The Canadian Border in Minnesota, connecting the south to Canada.
I-71
I-71 should go south west to get to Corpus Christi, merging with I-64 to then end at the ocean and become a road.
I-73
I-73 should be recreated from I-95 in New York, to the Canadian Border in Montana, passing through Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Chicago, Minneapolis, then northwest to the Canadian border.
I-76
I-76 shold absorb NJ-42 to Atlantic City and should go west to Sacramento, going southwest.
I-78
I-78 should be expanded to Pittsburgh, then south to the Gulf of Mexico in Mississippi
I-79 should be continued southeast to Miami.
"ending at the ocean in Portland" - Portland is not on the ocean
"to the Canadian Border in Minnesota, connecting south to Canada" - Canada is north of Minnesota
"merging with I-64 to end at the ocean and then become a road" - so many questions with this one. It wasn't a road before? How will it continue as a road if it's ending at the ocean?
"and should go west to Sacramento, going southwest" - no idea what is happening here
