Maybe some other country? I don't know of any others that use the word "Interstate", but there might be one.

^ From the looks of it, I doubt that many (if any) of the 56,000 signs this eBay seller is offering have actually been made. The seller probably just uploaded a whole catalog of designs as item listings, and if someone happens to buy one, it will be produced individually and shipped to the buyer.

I was expecting the listing to be for the entire (nonexistent) road rather than a shield.
