Planning a Canadian Lighthouse Trip--Need some kind of guidance

When I was doing my lighthouse trips in the US, I had a guide, The American Guide to Lightthouses, that provided directions to all of the major lighthouses on the US coasts and the Great Lakes.

My trip this year is to extend into New Brunswick and, possibly, Nova Scotia, depending on the timing.

Is there a site or book I can find that would give me clear directions and a layout of lighthouses in the Maritime Provinces?  The only one I know how to get to (because I was almost there last year and would have gone had I had a passport) is the Head Harbour Lighthouse off Campobello Island.
