Title: 'Winter Comes To Michigan' (mid-late 1930s) film recovered

Long thought lost, this mid-late 1930s era newsreel showing the State of Michigan's snowfighting technology was recently discovered in a basement in Da YooPee (Newberry, MI) and donated to MDOT.

Drop the quality to 144p or 240p so that it looks way more authentic. I did this with the Fallout 4 "What makes you S.P.E.C.I.A.L" videos.

Film has infinite resolution since it is analog.
