In all seriousness, though, word of this hasn't made it to the Bluegrass State County yet. This post is the first I'd seen of this. I'm surprised someone here hasn't seen it and shared it -- or gotten someone to actually believe it!

In all seriousness, though, word of this hasn't made it to the Bluegrass State County yet. This post is the first I'd seen of this. I'm surprised someone here hasn't seen it and shared it -- or gotten someone to actually believe it!

One of my colleagues noted that the letter contains a typo–it refers to "interstate" basketball rivalries when it should say "intrastate."

And Breaks Interstate Park might need to be renamed.  But will anyone realize that Kentucky County actually belongs with those western counties that did separate legally in 1863?
