 This is from the PR-53 toll road, south of Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Unlike the PR-22 I posted earlier, the route number shield is the modern (as of 2002, last I was down there) white-on-blue primary route style, and the "Autopistas de Puerto Rico" emblem is separate.
