I see the account name of carldorsey11 which had been registered on July 18th using your email address, that should be the account you're referring to.
There is a problem with e-mails from this forum going to 'live.com/hotmail.com' e-mail addresses. For some odd reason, Microsoft likes to eat them in a way that they never show up in your account, not even in your spam folder. As SSOWorld says, your 'carldorsey11 (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=12771)' account is alive and active awaiting you to sign into it.
