TN: I-75 Exit 9, Volkswagen Dr, now open!

Chattanooga's "newest" exit off I-75 is now open... Volkswagen Dr opened to traffic on Friday, August 20th... nice road, maybe now it can shed its "road to nowhere" nickname now that it actually goes somewhere. It'll be really nice once it is extended on over to Apison Pike and the other direction all the way across Enterprise South to TN 58.

And the interstate exit itself, the signal is for southbound. Northbound signals are still set on flash...
