Here are people who won't drive the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Maryland.

A special ride share drives the bridge for them.

Hatem and Nice bridges as well.

I somehow never responded to this thread, but I would go with Burlington-Bristol at this point.  I only drove it to clinch NJ/PA 413.
