I have my filter set up so it doesn't toss notifications into the junk folder, but still I don't receive them. They don't appear in the junk filter either.

We have issues having emails sent to your email provider. That's why.
Well, for the past 2 weeks, I've been e-mailing Outlook support back and forth about this. They've come right out and said they're not going to do anything about it, and they're blaming AARoads. Then how come it's only Outlook users that have this problem?
Honestly have no idea why.
