What was this sign referring to?

Was it this? The Trace (Land Between the Lakes) (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Trace_(Land_Between_the_Lakes))

Yes. I got some photos of signage at the old US 68/KY 80 intersection in Land Between the Lakes (wonder if that image is my photo?) before 68/80 was widened through that area. Now the road is signed as a numbered Forest Service route and the text "Woodland Trace."

I guess it's now known as Woodland Trace but back then, it was just The Trace.
